21 Tinnies in the Tinnie race with 2 competitors in Tinnie.
As many people can fit comfortably in the tube.  This will be checked at
Scrutineering.

Try your local Tyre shop, however if you are in Northam Simon from
Beaurepaires Northam has kindly put a few tubes aside.
