ENTRY FOR AVON 2015 EXTENDED AT NORMAL PRICE

With the disappointing rainfall and low water levels, and with the indication of rainfall in the catchment area in the next week, the organisers of the 2015 Avon Descent, have agreed under these special conditions, to extend the entry time without the late entry fee penalty until 28 July 2015 midnight.

Late Entry Scrutineering

All future entries will be required to present for scrutineering at Registrations in Northam between 10.00am and 6.00pm on Friday 31st July at the Northam Swimming Pool.

A decision has been made by the Board to hold free Scrutineering in Northam on Friday 31 July.  This is due to the decision to hold entries open without an increase of fee for an additional next week.  This year has been faced with the worst conditions the event has faced at this point prior to the race and so difficult decisions are having to be made.
