The management and administration of the Avon Descent underwent a major overhaul at December’s Annual General Meeting.
All but one of the Directors of the board of Northam’s Avon Descent Association has stepped down . The directors have also been given specific responsibility for the key operational areas of the event as NADA continues to deal with the challenges of the Avon Descent and consolidates efforts to ensure its long term future.
The new look NADA board is:

|Wendy Harris||Local Government Authority Liaison||Director Regional Services, Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council.|

Kevin Harrison stepped down after 18 years as Chairman. Jim Smith has resigned from the Board but remains as Race Director and long serving Treasurer Rex Adams, while not on the Board, retains the role he has performed for 43 years.
