The Cobbler Pool Rejuvenation Committee is pleased to announce our first Avon Descent initiative of 2016 – RaceHUB! The RaceHUB will take form of a large marquee providing a central focus for competitors, support crew and spectators. It will include specialist areas including Race Timing, Official Information, Media, ASU, Medical, Campsite Operations and Avon Descent merchandise. We have arranged a Food Vendor Alley to include 4 x Vendors (Brazillian BBQ, Indian, Mr Potato, Kebabs) and 1 x Coffee Van. A stage will also be located in the RaceHUB to host a Saturday Night Variety Performance – building off the great work Bec Moroney and her band did last year! The photo below is the team meeting with Gary from Whitfords Marquee Hire to confirm our order for an extra large tent for the RaceHUB.
